A taxidermy mount that is average quality will be graded a 5 to 6 depending on its age. If a mount is less than 10 years with average taxidermy quality, it will grade a 6. We try to not only clean and repair minor damage to the older mounts, but also to restore them to their original appearance, or even better in some cases. We try to auction items as best we can, at a Grade 7 to Grade 10 as much as possible.
