Sale Name: Fall Classic Superior Taxidermy Auction
LOT 26 - "Museum Relic" 5 1/4" Authentic Archaic Hardin Spear Point Collector's Artifact Arrowhead
Description

This Artifact was recovered from Miller County, Missouri about 40 years ago. It had some small gaps and gashes on the center face of one blade side, and it has had some cosmetic restoration there. The Spear Point is unusually large for a Hardin, and in very good condition for a 6,000 to 9,000 years old Artifact. It was made from high quality Burlington Flint and was placed in the American Indian Museum in Arkansas for several years. If not for the mild restoration, this Artifact would be $ 3500.00 relic. Instead, its valued at a 60% less than rate going for $ 1350.00 to $ 1500.00 current value. This is a highly desired Collectors Point.
