All Items Sold as is where is, subject to seller's confirmation, with no warranties expressed or implied. Any item is subject to being pulled from the auction up to and including day of the auction for any reason that Auction Company deems fit. All announcements made on sale day supersede any prior and written material. 

All firearms will be sold from RMC Pawn at 117 E Pecan St, Coleman TX 76834. Buyers to pay $10.00 transfer fee and any shipping cost that is incurred sending the weapon to your FFL dealer of choice. No Firearms will be transferred to anyone that is not the registered buyer. No firearms will be shipped to anyone other than a licensed FFL of your choosing. 

PAYMENTS: Payments are due on the day of the auction!!! We accept cash, check (with bank letter of guarantee), wire transfer, and credit cards. Wire transfers are expected within 1 business day(Monday). Credit cards will be processed for online buyers at the buyers request (WE WILL CONTACT YOU TO ASK HOW YOU WISH TO PAY FOR YOUR ITEMS; we WILL accept credit card over the phone and WILL NOT run your card on file with the online bidding platform) subject to all fees and taxes. There will be a 3% surcharge for all credit card purchases.

All tax exemptions must be sent to the office prior to invoices being submitted. No refunds will be given for sales tax exemptions once credit cards are processed. Please inform us if you are tax exempt.

Texas Sales tax is 8.25% (all vehicle and trailer taxes will be collected at the time of registration NOT AT THE AUCTION).

Buyer's Premium for online buyers is 8%. Those buyers choosing to pay via credit card will incur an additional 3% surcharge.
