Cranks Runs great no blow by seen at time of inspection. Turn table will not swing- hydraulic pump is not staying in stroke per seller and will bog the machine down a bit when functions are utilized. Please see videos. Pick up outside of Franklin.

Per seller there is a mode called designated track mode that it will load in. The pump is strong enough to lift the machine and such but there’s sensors on it that talk to it and keep it within stroke as to not bog down the machine and they aren't working right. I can’t get anybody to come work on it or I would have had it fixed.
